Ingredients
Quality starts with the careful selection of only the best ingredients. Our chocolates are made with 100% cocoa butter, hazelnuts, brand liqueurs, fruit pulp and almonds,to name only but a few of the many ingredients used to create our high quality end products.
We make all our fillings ourselves; marzipan, caramel, praline, etc. and keep to the original traditional recipe. Attention to this kind of detail ensures only the highest quality.
Our meticulous selection of raw ingredients,as well as theattention to quality control from the beginning of production to the end product,ensures that our customers can enjoy a safe and delectable product.
Duc d'O products are:

Certificates
We employ the principles of HACCP (Hazard analysis critical control points) in order to guarantee food safety. Duc d'O employees strictly adhere to health and hygiene regulations as they are an important link in bringing the concept of 'food safety' into our production line.
Structured methods are an integral part of our work methodology. It enables us to work efficiently toward our main goal: ensuring client satisfaction and marketing high quality products. Our quality assurance and structured approach led to the much sought afterISO Certification in 1998. We are pleased to say that this certification has successfully been renewed every three years by external parties.
In our endeavours toward continuous improvement we have acquired a number of additional certificates over the last few years.After an extremely intensive screening of our product we are proud to announce that in 2008 we received the IFS Certificate (International Food Standard).
Since 2010 we are also BRC certified (British Retail Consortium)
